The BASI Pilates approach is internationally recognised for its precision, structure and mindful understanding of movement. Founded in 1989 by Rael Isacowitz, it is rooted in Joseph Pilates’ Contrology and offers a modern interpretation of the classical principles, integrating body awareness, balance, efficiency and harmony.

I’m passionate about working with Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector from BASI Systems.

In my sessions, designed exclusively with these machines, you will discover your personal challenge, strengthen your powerhouse, and experience a truly transformative Pilates practice adapted to your body and needs.
