I offer classes for men and women of all levels, designed to develop strength, stability, and a higher quality of movement.

Pilates with method, precision and mindful body awareness

Each session follows a clear structure based on the BASI Block System, integrating the essence of traditional Pilates and the Contrology of Joseph Pilates — the art of connecting mind and body to achieve conscious movement. I work both on equipment and mat, using BASI Systems, renowned for their quality and precision.

Sessions take place in two carefully selected spaces:

— Darte Pilates, fully equipped with BASI Systems apparatus for private and semi-private sessions.

— Karuna Espacio de Bienestar, focused on deeper work on balance, control, and core functionality using Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector, combined with Mat work.

These pieces of equipment require deeper work on balance and core stability, making them both highly challenging and functional, always adapted to each individual. Each session is designed to help you explore your body, connect with your inner strength, and experience Pilates that is intelligent, effective, and truly personalized.

It requires strength, balance, and control, activating the body from the center to develop stability and power.

Spine Corrector

Spinal mobility worked with precision and control, improving stability and movement quality in a balanced way.

Plans & Packages

All bookings are made online through the Bookwhen platform. Simply select your class, check availability, and confirm your place in just a few steps.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cancellations: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be considered as used.

Package validity: Class packages must be used within 12 weeks from the date of purchase.

Private Sessions

Fully personalized 1:1 sessions, with each class adapted 100% to your body and your goals.

Semi-Private Sessions

Share the session with someone compatible while maintaining close attention and work adapted to each body. An ideal option to train together without losing technical quality.

Small Group Classes

Groups of a maximum of 4–5 people. The limited number allows for technical correction, individual guidance, and real progression.
