The BASI Pilates Method is an internationally recognized approach to Pilates, renowned for its technical depth, its rigorous educational structure, and its mindful approach to movement.
It was founded in 1989 by Rael Isacowitz, one of the most influential and respected figures in the global education and development of the Pilates Method.
This methodology has expanded to more than 55 countries, with thousands of certified instructors worldwide, making it one of the most respected and consistent training systems on the international Pilates landscape.
My approach is not based on repeating exercises automatically, but on teaching how to understand movement, develop body awareness, and refine the quality of every gesture.
WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS METHOD
THE DIFFERENCE FROM
OTHER PILATES CLASSES
This is not about following a generic class, but about working with a solid method, applied with knowledge, attention, and care.
The result is a stronger, more stable, and more aware body, capable of moving better both inside and outside the studio.
