About me
From a Personal Decision to a Professional Vocation

For many years, I worked in an environment where the level of time and energy required gradually began to affect my health. The pace, the constant demands, and the lack of balance led me to reconsider how I wanted to live and work.

A personal path toward conscious movement.

A period of high professional demand led me to question the balance between work, health, and personal life. In that process, Pilates became much more than physical activity: it helped me regain strength, stability, and clarity both in my body and in my life.

My previous experience in property management taught me that every client needs specific attention, tailored solutions, and a global perspective. That learning is still very present today: my sessions are not generic.

Each person, each body, and each process receives attention, professional judgment, and respect. The change in direction was a conscious decision to take care of my health, my family, and to build a life more aligned with what I value.

Education and professional background

After more than 10 years of practice, the benefits I experienced led me to deepen my knowledge and pursue formal training. I am currently a certified instructor in the BASI Pilates Method, one of the most internationally respected training programs for its structure, precision, and pedagogical approach.

I’m especially passionate about working with the Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector for their versatility and the great value they bring to body training.

How I work with my clients

As in my own life, the way I work combines challenge with adaptability, always paying close attention to each person in order to understand how they experience and feel every movement. I observe, adjust, and guide so that every exercise has a clear purpose.

Pilates has been my tool for restoring health and balance. Today it is both my profession and my way of bringing value to others.
